About the Event
Mindfulness, or present moment awareness, can be life changing. It helps us to connect with ourselves, others, our work, and purpose. However, it takes practice to cultivate mindfulness.
This 45 minute mindful yoga practice can support you in your cultivation of present moment awareness that will keep you centred, help you acknowledge and move through the challenges that you may be facing in this moment, and support you as you destress and let go.
Props required: Yoga mat, bolsters, blankets, blocks, pillows, cushions.
